Ruby Rings – try them out

A lot of people these days prefer ruby rings over their diamond counterparts. Well, I am one of them. Last week, on my girlfriend’s birthday, I gave her a ruby ring with an oval ruby and a platinum band.

I learnt something new that day; rubies are the new diamonds for women. They love wearing ruby rings, as not only do these rings look beautiful but also they are unique as compared to the very common diamond rings that can be seen on almost every woman’s hands.

When I set out to buy a good ring, I must have gone through at least 25 ruby rings before settling on an option for my girlfriend. Hence, I have some advice.

Always check the quality of the ruby by making sure that it has all the natural intrusions intact. Also, make sure that the shop selling the ruby rings is providing a quality certificate for the rubies. Always go to a vendor with a good reputation as the ruby rings may cost a lot and it make sense to spend money on something that is really worth the cost.
